Abstract

CZT testing currently the only semiconductor constituents that is capable of scope temperature operation for X-ray trip γ-ray radiation detector application.

Dr. Krzysztof (Kris) Iniewski is managing the R&D chip development activities at Redlen Technologies Inc., a start-up gang in British Columbia.
